GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS

Authors have to fulfill all the formalities with his/her paper.

  • The manuscripts should normally not exceed 3000 words including references and footnotes. (For Hindi Font Style must be krutidev 010, Font Size 12 in single Spacing and for English, Font Style must be Times New Roman, Font Size 9 in Single Spacing) with proper Abstract, keywords,
  • Introduction, Aim of study, Hypothesis, Tools, Result and Findings, Discussion and Suggestion etc. and References.

1. Abstract – Please write abstract of your Paper within 200 word.

2. Keywords – 3-5 keywords should be written which encapsulate the related topics of the your paper.

3. Introduction – Describe your problem and state your contribution to the solution of the problem in your paper.

4. The Main Purpose and Significance – The clearly includes the gist of your idea, main purpose and significance, review of literature, basic concepts and hypothesis, research design, methodology or approach.

5. Findings – Describe the findings of your research paper. All Figures (Charts, diagrams and photographic images) should be presented in a way that will be easily printable.

6. Conclusion – Briefly summarize the main text of your paper with your suggestions if any.

7. References – Authors must follow the Harvard style of referencing, with author, date, Place to be citied in main body of text in related information and list of references to be cited at end of main text. References must be given in alphabetical order (Surname first). More than one publication by the same authors should be listed in chronological ascending order. The following format should be used for referring book, articles in journals, Ph. D Thesis, Book reviews, electronic documents etc. in the list of references.

8. Footnotes – All footnotes should be numbered consecutively and will be listed at the bottom of the page.

  • In writing a research paper maintain honestly. Be very careful to city the sources that you use in your paper.
  • The editorial team reserves the right to modify, improve the main scripts to maintain the journal’s standard of content presentation and style. Authors may also be requested to revise there main scripts.
  • The editors reserve the right to reject/return to the author (s) any manuscript that in their opinion is not suitable for publication in Pankhuri, without expressly stipulating the reasons for doing so. Under no circumstances the identity of the reviewer (s) and referee (s) will be disclosed to the author (s) or to any other third party not involved in the editorial process.

Review process –

Each manuscript to Pankhuri shall be subject to following review process

  • The paper reviewed by the editor and/or editorial committee for publication.
  • If it is considered suitable, sends the paper to the concerning expert for review.
  • Based on the recommendations of the reviewers, a decision is taken as to whether the manuscript/article/paper is accepted or it is/ returned for revision/rejected
  • If paper is accepted without any suggestion/correction, an Acceptance letter is issued to Author.
  • If any corrections/suggestions are given by reviewers, after receiving corrected paper from author.
  • If any corrections/suggestions are given by reviews, author will correct the paper, that paper is composed and again sent to author for final proof reading, author reads the proof carefully and send ail OK mail to editor.
  • After incorporating all the corrections in paper, Pankhuri starts the process for its publication in print version.
